Controversy was never far behind Calvin Klein with his provocative ads which always got him attention and massive sales to boot. His portfolio includes jeans, underwear, perfumes, sunglasses, high fashion collection as well as moderately priced clothing, jewellery, watches and home line products.

The company is now owned by the huge Phillips-Van Heusen group who also own Van Heusen, Micahel Kors, Kenneth Cole, Sean John which is rapper P. Diddy’s line and Donald J. Trump.

Collette Dinnigan
Ms. Dinnigan is a multi award winning fashion designer. She started her career in New Zealand where she studied fashion. After graduation she moved to Australia and gained recognition for her attention to detail with her work.

Her label started in 1990 with exquisite lace work and beautiful feminine clothes which took Paris by storm and since then has won many fashion awards, much respect and legions of fans including Nicole Kidman, Naomi Watts, Halle Berry and Angelina Jolie.

Christian Dior
Dior was a French designer who established his couture house in 1946. His look was always that of elegance and femininity. In 1952 Yves Saint Laurent became Dior’s successor but that did not last long as he left to start his own label. Recently Milania Trump wore a Dior dress for her wedding to Donald Trump at a cost of US$200,000. 


Christian Louboutin
Louboutin is a newcomer to the world of fashion. His shoes are the hottest thing as they are luxurious, stylish and very glamorous. In four years he has come out of nowhere to take the fashion shoe world by storm. Keep an eye out for him. Better yet buy his shoes!

Donna Karan
Donna Karan started her label in 1984. Today her company is owned by LVMH but that hasn't stopped her designing which includes her signature pieces of black cashmere, leather, jersey stretch and molded fabrics, as well as silhouettes that wrap and sculpt the body. 

Dolce & Gabbana
Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana make up this super fashion duo. Their clothes are very sexy, very modern, very glamorous and very now.  Hollywood stars love them. Victoria Beckham has massive shopping sprees in their stores around the world and Kylie Minogue has her stage costumes made by them.
